/ 01 · Birth Doula Support
Steady support
through labor and birth.
- Two prenatal appointments, in person or via Zoom
- Continuous support through first and second stage labor
- Support during birth and 1–2 hours postpartum
- Postnatal visit with breastfeeding assistance

/ 02 · Postpartum Care
Practical help
for the tender early weeks.
- A listening ear—time to talk through questions, plus connections to trusted resources like lactation consultants, pediatric dentists, or house cleaners
- An extensive list of vetted resources and professionals in the Atlanta area
- Help with bottles, pump parts, laundry, dishes, and other light cleaning that doesn’t take attention from your newborn
- Help with other children in the home, within reason
- Nearby errands run on days worked, when possible
Investment
$45–$55/hour
$300/night (or 7 hours)
/ 03 · Baby Care
Calm, attentive care
on your family’s schedule.
- Day or nighttime care, kept calm and quiet for everyone
- Feeding, changing, and bathing as desired
- Feed, sleep, and wake times follow the schedule you set
- You decide the circumstances under which you’d want to be woken—an inconsolable baby, a health concern, or otherwise
/ 04 · Qualifications
Experience you
can rely on.
- 15+ years of experience in nannying and infant care, newborn through middle-school age—references available from Atlanta-area families
- 3 years of experience supporting home and hospital births
- Certified in infant and child CPR
- Certified Bradley Method™ Doula
- Mother of two, bringing lived experience to professional care
- Non-smoking, no pets in the home, and flexible availability
