Twelve lessons.
Learn on your timeline.
- 12 in-person or Zoom lessons, covered over about 9–10 weeks
- One weekly evening class, roughly 2 hours long
- Open enrollment—join anytime and every lesson is still covered, no matter which week you start
- A self-guided option is available if evenings don’t work or you live too far to attend in person
Most students begin by their second trimester so the material is fresh heading into labor. Class days and times vary by session—reach out for the current schedule.
